Delivery & Returns

We will aim to send all in-stock orders within three days of receiving it.

We offer a professional and quick delivery service with in-house packing and trusted global couriers in order to deliver your purchased items safely to your door. All orders will require a signature upon delivery, as we use tracked and insured services due to the value of the items we sell. Your artwork will also arrive in sturdy cardboard packaging. 

Please contact us if there is a particular day that would be most convenient for your order to arrive, or consider arranging delivery to an alternative address. 

London delivery is free.

The cost will be worked out for each order based on the item shipping and the destination. 

If you are located outside of the UK your home country may now charge you import duty on any purchases from the UK post Brexit. This is something we have no control over and cannot alter. If you need further clarification please check your country’s government customs advice.

Returns – Artwork and Sculpture

We do hope you are happy with your artwork. Your item is quality checked by staff at Baker Howard Contemporary to ensure that it is sent to you in pristine condition. In the event that the packaging and the artwork is damaged during delivery please let us know within 24 hours of delivery on +44 (0) 7799 771070 or e-mail us at hello@bakerhowardcomtemporary.co.uk.

If the artwork or sculpture isn’t right for you, we have a 7-day return policy after delivery. The original packaging must be used as it was received and the courier return is at the buyer’s cost. We will refund back to your payment card, or exchange it for another piece of art, once we have received it back. We can only process a full refund if the art arrives back to us in a re-saleable condition. The cost of re-packing and returning the item will be your responsibility and we advise you to use a signed for insured courier service as you will still be liable for the cost of the art if it is lost or damaged in transit.
